Electronic Funds Transfer

 To Our Valued Customers;

The current economic enviroment, both in Northern Michigan and nationwide, is challenging... but you already knew that. What you may not know is that Bayside Beverage, your only locally-owned beer and wine distributor, has been working to help you save both time and money.

Many of our customers take advantage of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to pay for their purchases of beer and wine. EFT makes payment easy...no time wasted to write a check for every delivery. However the convenience, up until now, had costs associated with it, in the form of monthly and per-invoice fees.

Bayside Beverage is excited to announce the ability to make EFT payments through our Direct Draw system. We have developed this system with our strategic banking partner, The Bank of Northern Michigan, and the initial setup and all daily transactions will be handled by the Federal Clearinghouse for accuracy and security.

Best of all the Direct Draw system has no transaction fees or monthly fees assessed by either Bayside Beverage or The Bank of Northern Michigan. While your own bank may have a transaction fee associated with an EFT (often the same as a charges assessed per check written), Bayside Beverage will be absorbing all supplier-side costs, ensuring that there are no additional charges when you use Direct Draw.

If you are interested in saving both time and money, simply complete the Direct Draw Application and return it to Bayside Beverage by mail, fax or simply by giving it to your salesperson. There is no financial background check...all that is really needed is your Bank Routing number, Checking Account number and your signature. Upon receipt of your application you will be enrolled in Direct Draw and all subsequent delivery payments will be made by EFT. Should any questions arise regarding a transaction, you would contact MIke Fish (extesion 101) or Peter Iverson (extension 107) at Bayside Beverage for transaction details.

If you have been paying for your deliveries with EFT, this system will save you money. If you have been paying by check, this system witll save you time. While there is no requirement to sign up and utilize Direct Draw, we hope that you will recognize the advantages it offers and give it your strong consideration.
